Our client is a cloud platform that revolutionises clinical practice by providing digital tools that hearing healthcare professionals can use to empower children’s listening and communication skills developed by audiologists, language specialists, child and family counsellors and early childhood educators.

The organisation required to develop a web portal integrated with their SaaS platform to complement the user journey from interest to acquisition and delivery.

Our team provided business analysis and solution architecture derived from a collaboration with HearHub’s project managers, business users and other stakeholders to ensure the business requirements were met whilst providing users with a fully digital experience.

From there, the agency designed and developed a customised and seamless framework and technology ecosystem based in WordPress offer a more consumer-focus, technical look and appealing for everyone. The client also wanted to maintain uniformity across its website for icons and other features that were missing in the old site.

Besides these, the requirements mandated that the website should be integrated with Microsoft 365 with two-way communication between systems. Third-party APIs were utilised to connect eCommerce and lead generation accounts.

The agency also developed the website layout with in-house maintenance and updates capabilities as required. The theme usage reduced manual efforts even after receiving the updates and enabled the client to modify the content by themselves with minimum guidelines.

Despite these challenges, the project was smoothly completed and abided by the timeline providing real-time feedback to the client. The solution was deployed within three months and the website now reflects the added value the platform offers.
