Our client is a community music institution promoting accessibility and excellence in music for Canberra and the surrounding region.
The organisation required a system to manage the entire 360-degree client lifecycle with real-time data to support decision-making and resource optimisation.
It was also indispensable to maintain corporate clients within Microsoft SharePoint whilst learning facilitators and students utilise Google Education to continue their studies. The new architecture was also required to migrate any remaining data and systems from their local servers to the cloud. The solution needed to share information between stakeholders in an efficient manner but also redirect communications accordingly.
We worked with relevant stakeholders to redesign the architecture technology ecosystem based on open-source technologies with a community-driven data architecture to manage the end-to-end relationship lifecycle of their clients.
The solution integrated both Microsoft SharePoint and Google Cloud with inbound and outbound DNS forwarding based on a Cloud DNS server policy for specific groups of the organisation that matched the business and operational requirements.
The solution designed also incorporated a fully digital experience to their students by integrating Salesforce as a 360-degree customer relationship manager digitalising the whole process of the client lifecycle.
