Fisher’s Technology has acquired the managed print services business from Utah-based IT solutions provider VLCM. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1983, VLCM is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company has his 152 employees listed on LinkedIn. VLCM’s areas of expertise include networking, VoIP, IT services, computers, printers/copiers, audio/visuals, and more.
VLCM said it would hold all other business areas including cybersecurity, data center, BU/DR, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, Microsoft, UC, audio/visual and professional services.
Fisher’s will operate from VLCM’s Utah location until a new location is found in the Salt Lake City area, the company said. VLCM’s Managed Print Services business unit will be rebranded to Fisher’s Technology.
